Casey Lang – Executive Director
Casey began her career in 2005 as a caregiver and in 2008 obtained her nursing license from the state of Ohio. From 2009-2017, she was the Health and Wellness Director for an Assisted Living community, and afterward was promoted to Executive Director. Her life’s passion has been to take care of others. She loves making a difference in residents’ lives and those she works with. She believes in creating a welcoming atmosphere, promoting trust, focusing on those she serves, and recognizing and developing a strong team. She values strong personal connections between her team and residents and their families to ensure quality care and compassion. Casey lives in Cincinnati on 4 acres with her three children and animals. She enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Walker – Senior Sales & Marketing Director
Jennifer has more than 16 years of experience in operations and management in the NKY/Greater Cincinnati area. During her first year in senior living, Jennifer successfully assisted many families in making the transition from home to community living. As the Sales & Marketing Director for two communities, Jennifer has been able to serve families, residents, and staff members in many difficult times, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past five years, Jennifer has continued serving seniors in sales/advising roles, gained experience in senior home care, educated in the dementia and Alzheimer’s space, and built relationships with senior living partners in various specialties. She loves health and wellness, yoga, listening to podcasts, and volunteering in community programs for children with special needs.
